IAF's Achievement Unlocked is a Nottinghamshire County Council approved alternative provision which offers part time programmes tailored to support learners aged 16+ with an EHCP. Our qualifications are tailored to a variety of learning styles and we specialise in supporting young people with Anxiety, Autism, social exclusion, EBSA, or barriers to mainstream education. With rolling start dates, no pathway is off limits and our curriculum can be designed around you.

We centre our learners in their educational journey and support them as they develop the skills and strategies to navigate personal barriers and lead successful, independent lives. With ownership over their education, Achievement Unlocked AP supports young people to build confidence, promote teamwork, encourage understanding, reduce social isolation, and improve communication skills. The impact is life-changing and our Mansfield Woodhouse venue provides:

Our purpose built teaching spaces are designed to put young people at ease with their environment and there are lots of opportunities to get outside the classroom through project-based learning.
With an average class size of ~10 learners, everyone has the opportunity to pursue their own bespoke curriculum and design their educational experience around their own individual needs and aspirations.
: Activities & Welfare
As our sessions run from Monday to Friday 9:30am–12:30pm, our learners also benefit from optional access to free youth activities (pool, football, crafts etc) and support within our vibrant youth hub. Participation is encouraged for all learners as they compete to earn experience points (XP) through side quests designed to expand their horizons.
